Lucky's Honey Mustard Glazed Salmon Fillets

A quick and easy recipe to enjoy salmon with.

Ingredients:
2 5 oz. Slamon Fillets (Skin on is fine for this recipe)
2 T Lucky's Honey Mustard (any flavor) (Your choice of flavors)
1 ds Salt & Pepper (to taste)
Instructions:
Season both sides of salmon fillets with salt and pepper and place in a shallow (oiled) baking dish.
Glaze fillets the Lucky's Honey Mustard
Bake immediately, or cover with plastic wrap and refrigeraated for up to 3 hours.
When ready to cook, preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Bake for 10 -12 minutes or until the salmon is fork tender.
Sides:
Fresh salad greens with Lucky's Vinaigrette
Roasted asparagus with toasted pine nuts
Notes:
Substitute Chicken breasts or pork loin, and cook to recommended temperature.
